Terms of Service (ToS) - Phantom Productions LLC

1. Reselling Authorization:
   You are expressly prohibited from engaging in the unauthorized rippling, unlocking, or reselling of any products or vehicles without obtaining a valid resell license from Phantom Productions LLC. Only individuals with explicit permission are allowed to partake in reselling activities.

2. Modification Restrictions:
   Except for the permissible alterations to the Livery Template and Light Template, users are strictly prohibited from making any other modifications to the provided products. This ensures the integrity and intended functionality of our offerings.

3. Liability Disclaimer:
   Phantom Productions LLC explicitly disclaims any responsibility for damages incurred to your Grand Theft Auto V resulting from the use of our products. Users assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from their engagement with our offerings.

4. Transaction Integrity:
   Any attempt to initiate a refund or chargeback for transactions with Phantom Productions LLC will result in an immediate and permanent ban. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our transactional processes.

5. Resale Authorization:
   Unauthorized reselling is strictly forbidden. Only individuals with explicit authorization from Phantom Productions LLC may engage in reselling activities. This policy ensures the protection of our intellectual property and the quality of our products in the marketplace.

6. Prompt Asset Removal:
   In the event of a request to remove an asset, users are required to comply within 24 hours of the request. This prompt removal ensures that Phantom Productions LLC maintains control over the distribution and use of its assets.

7. Reseller Credit Requirement:
   All resellers are obligated to provide proper credit to Phantom Productions LLC when selling our products. This acknowledgment is essential to maintaining the transparency and credibility of our brand. Failure to provide appropriate credit may result in the removal of reseller privileges.
